Distribution Services

Marwest is a prime contractor for FortisBC, providing maintenance and installation service to both distribution lines (mains) and residential gas installation services.  Marwest works on Distribution projects across B.C., with a focus on the Okanagan and on Vancouver Island.

Marwest's crews includes experienced management, certified welders and PE fusers, equipment operators, and ancillary staff. Field crews are supported by multiple safety officers, with planning, estimating, and administration located in our Kamloops office. 

Marwest can procure and install local pressurized natural gas systems for remote communities, industrial operations, or other locations where natural gas is desired but no connection currently exists.

Having been in the distribution business for over 50 years, Marwest's dedicated team of installation professionals can complete any HDPE piping project. This includes high pressure water systems of various diameters for mining, municipal services, or what have you.
